We have 3) 40' containers full of misc. furniture, fixtures, and equipment and we are still removing items daily. It is possible that we will be running 2 auctioneers at one time. This will be the sale to attend if you are looking to increase your inventory of equipment and supplies or if you simply want souvenirs  from the old OBICI hospital which will soon be gone forever !

1) All items must be paid in full day of sale via Cash Check or MC/Visa

2) All items must be removed within 4 Days of end of auction

3) Auction Co. may take possession of merchandise left on site longer than 4 days

4) All Items sold "AS IS WHERE IS" without warranty

5) If we assist in loading your merchandise, we assume no responsibility for any damage incurred while loading . This includes damage of merchandise, trailers, vehicles, tires, and injury.

6) All bidders and spectators attending the  auction do so  at their own risk! Superior Auction Sales will not be held responsible or liable for accidents before, during, or after this event.

SALE DAY ANNOUNCEMENTS TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER ADVERTISEMENTS.  ITEMS MAY BE ADDED AND REMOVED AT AUCTIONEER'S DISCRETION.  NO REFERENCE IS BEING MADE TO CONDITION OR FUNCTIONALITY OF ITEMS BEING SOLD.
